This stuff really will get you moving. I drank my first cup Sunday morning around 4am. I work night shift so this was as I was getting ready for bed. Woke up at 1pm and immediately had a movement. It was loose. Not quite diarrhea but on its way there. I had a little bit of cramping but nothing compared to what my menstrual cycle is like. Took the next cup around midnight and woke up at 10 am with a movement. This one had more cramping but was more solid. This is only after 2 days. The taste is amazing. The blueberry is my favorite so far. It’s very easy to drink and it definitely does what it’s meant to do but is not as harsh as other detox’s. I will definitely be continuing to drink this for 7 days. I already feel lighter and more energized after 2 days.

Let me tell you something. I have tried fiber gummies and everything else.I decided to buy this and try it. I did 12oz instead of 8 ounces. I drank it before I went to bed. The taste is good. The aroma you can smell it through the bad. I did not have cramping. The next morning I went like crazy. I recommend staying in the next day. I have more energy waking up.Overall the smoothness was good. I will be buying more of this.

I tried losing weight the natural way butttt I love food lol… the slim tea does work. I will say. I feel like i lost weight and inches in my waist and stomach area but not my overall weight. So, im still 187 pounds but my stomach went down a lot if that makes any sense. It doesn't make me lose weight pounds but I have lost weight in my stomach and waist. It makes me feel lighter almost like as I dropped a few pounds… I like it, though. The only thing is and please read this carefully. IF you take it to much. You WILL get sick. Don't make the same mistake I did. I was drinking the tea every single day for one week. By the end of the week. I became really sick. Throwing up. Nauseous. Stomach pain. I'm not sure if i was supposed to take it everyday or not. Reading is fundamental they say so I should have did more research on it but I can say IT DOES WORK. Just don't drink it every day. Maybe like 2-3times but I'm no expert. Do the research on this stuff. The taste is good. I was able to drink the whole 8oz with no problem. The price is good and it works so im happy about that.Why I gave it a 4 star is because I got sick and that probably has nothing to do with the product itself. I may have just over did it.
