Thank you for your interest in our retractor. On the TW-1R you can change the hard stop on any length of the wire. Seperate the black plastic covering on the stopper and you will see a screw you can losen and adjust the hard stop on any leght of the balancer. Another popular solution is to use a balancer instead of the retractor. Check out our TW-3 Balancer a lot of tesla owners have been useing that for thier charging system. You can adjust the balancer on anylenght of the stroke to balace your charging cord.

How long far does the cable extend?

Thank you for your interest in our Tigon retractor. The stroke or length of cable is 59 inches and the stopper can be adjusted on any part of the length of the cable.
