Slap! Boom!
Excellent Djembe with a unique design. I've owned the Mondo series in 14" and it was great. But I feel this 13" is a bit louder and lighter. The Black Suede drumhead feels great and is very responsive. The ghosts notes can be had at the edge of the rim. It takes some getting used to but worth the effort. This Djembe projects well with good bass great loud slaps and tones. Also... The cloth wrap is very cool and seems like it will last forever! Cheers!
