Just like I remember from the old days. A little pricey but my adult children were very excited to see them.

Cooks quickly but gets mushy after sitting
My kids love alphabet soup. I tried this brand but found it got very mushy soon after cooking and absorbed more liquid. The kids couldn't tell one letter from another in their bowl, which is most of the fun. Amazon has "Alphabet Pasta Noodles - 3 Lb Tub" these take longer to cook but don't get mushy and the letters hold their shapes.
