Easy to eat no nasty after taste. Says can take up to two but I would stick with one. I feel it has helped me for what I needed. No wild claims just honest vitamin.

Have started running again recently and these seem to help with muscle pain and old joints. Also seem to be sleeping better. Would recommend and taste so good 👍

First impressions of these were good, I’m a fan of the brand so was keen to try them and see if they would benefit me as I suffer with chronic fatigue.They came in a well sealed tub with a child lock lid which is good because they really do taste amazing so I could see kids easily mistaking them for sweets. I genuinely look forward to eating one every day! My daughters been having the kids version of the same brand so I compared the labels at the back to see if these adult gummies were a higher dose and they were, so I’ve stopped sharing hers and moved onto these.Results wise to be honest I’ve not noticed myself feeling any better, albeit I do have a young baby who doesn’t sleep through the night so fatigue is probably a given at the moment! I also wondered if they would do anything for my ADHD but I’ve not noticed any changes with that either.Overall though, if you want to try magnesium I would still recommend the brand and taste of these. It’s great to have a gummy version for those of us who can’t swollow tablets!
