These corrective insoles are excellent and customizable. I ordered two sets of these for my partner because he overpronates. His knee issues have completely gone away completely, he's stopped having leg cramps, and his shoes are wearing evenly now. He was able to use the thickest insoles for his athletic shoes and his jumpshot has improved in his 50s. I'll be ordering these regularly and I can't recommend them enough!

I was having pain on the outer part of my right foot, to the point that it was waking me up at night. It took about a month with these inserts and my foot is almost completely back to normal! Only thing is I wish they were stickier, which is why this is a 4, not a 5.

So far, so good! Very comfortable. It took me about two seconds to get used to them. Will update.

As someone who has experimented with a variety of insoles, orthotics, and other footwear, I must say that they drew my attention due to their distinctive appearance. The medial and lateral heel wedges seemed to be a viable option for resolving the troubles that I am now experiencing. I was left with a favorable impression of the quality when they came. Both the material and the two-layer method seemed to have been carefully thought out, and the material felt both robust and comfortable. Being someone who has bigger feet, I found it difficult to locate insoles that fit correctly. I enjoyed the fact that there was a size range available. The adaptability of these insoles is, in my opinion, the property that stands out the most. Both supination and over-pronation may be accomplished with these, which is a really ingenious feature. Overpronation was a problem for me, so I made sure to follow the directions and position them in the appropriate manner.

I’m not sure what these are supposed to be used for…. They’re about 1/16th of an inch thick, and made of dishwashing sponge-type material…. They weigh MAYBE a gram and can be wadded up in your hand more easily than a sheet of paper. Completely useless.

I’ve been using these daily for just shy of 1 month. They seem to be wearing down already and losing the support that was felt at the beginning. They worked well, but maybe not for everyday consistent or long term use.

I was skeptical of these. However once I got them put them in my shoes and started walking on them. I love them. They are soft. They give the proper angle to turn my foot inward towards my arch to prevent injury to my outside tendons. I am able to take them out of my shoe and put them in my flip-flops or slides and wear them on them which is amazing. Unlike the wool ones where the paper comes off and it sticks to your shoe and kind of ruins the inside of them. These do not stick and ruin anything and they stay in place. Absolutely amazing. Good quality for the $$

I really liked these insoles. My high arches collapsed a couple of years ago causing my right ankle to severely over pronate. The impact misaligned my leg putting pressure on my hip. It is very painful and makes me walk like a penguin. So, I've had to wear heel supporting sneakers- not always conducive in a professional work setting. I tried these out and they seemed to work. No pain or limping at the end of the day. The insoles sis slide slightly and will work on a better way to put them in my shoe. The product came with 3 pairs.
