Very happy with my purchase of this item. The product is everything as advertised, useful for people who are cleaning geeks. One Charge lasts for 40 mins in use. I bought this in Jan, after a few uses ended up breaking one of the parts which the customer service replaced promptly as it was still in warranty. Recommend for bathroom kitchen floors taps as different attachments does the job well. Thanks AGARO team for follow up after replacement too.

I want to clarify that I’m not disappointed with the product itself, but the hype surrounding it created unrealistic expectations. The product is good for light scrubbing, polishing, and cleaning, but if you expect it to magically clean every corner of your house, you may be let down.Here are some key points to consider:1. The product starts at high speed when you power it on, and pressing the power button again switches it to low speed. It would make more sense for it to start at low speed first.2. When you apply even a little pressure while cleaning, you can feel the motor strain, which causes the speed to decrease. This results in increased battery consumption as well.3. It works well for very light cleaning, buffing, and polishing, but I wouldn’t recommend it for heavy-duty cleaning tasks.Overall, it's a good product, but set your expectations accordingly!hen you apply little pressure for cleaning, you can feel the load on the motor, and the speed reduces. It also consumes more battery power to run.
