Great buy
This head unit is literally a plug and play for my 2010 jeep wrangler JK. I was surprised how easy it was to install. For now, all is good. Downside: max volume isn't that loud.... I have some Rockford speakers too go in, should make up the difference....but for the price...worth it.

Looks good, doesn’t function properly
Trust the bad reviews on this one! I decided to go with this brand opposed to others due to the price point and good reviews. Installation was pretty easy, despite the instructions only being diagrams. Loved the look of it installed, but the system was immediately glitchy. This system changed screens on its own, changes volume on its own, freezes for long periods of time, resets the time. Backup camera just displayed lines over the regular screen and never worked properly. Would not recommend this product!

Review update
The first radio I was sent was missing the protocol box (canbus). Without this box the radio will not turn on without splicing some wires. Tried contacting the seller, and never got a response. However I did contact Amazon and they made it right by sending me a replacement. The replacement came with everything needed and it works great. Very happy with the radio

Looks nice but does not work properly
Once installed how are you supposed to remove it without breaking it? Bluetooth didn’t connect Apple CarPlay was not working. Even wired . I connected to my WiFi good then no app would use WiFi. Just not working at all. Interface not easy to Use. I would really like an actual volume button on the radio!

So so
The good:Inexpensive/very affordableLooks goodEasy plug and play installationThe bad:Poor sound quality despite EqualizerHands free sound is delayedMirroring?!Time and date adjustment or inability to do soOverall, I’d say the unit is ok-ish and I can confirm what other reviewers have already stated. You sort of get what you pay for. It’s cheap, but looks good. The display is nice and bright, but a bit difficult to read when the sun hits it. Would have loved to see a XM radio capability, but then again, it’s probably too much to ask at this price point.Personally, I think its biggest drawback is the delay when using the hands-free feature and the poor sound quality. CarPlay is a nice. I’m not sure if “mirroring” is the same as CarPlay, but I could never get it going or my iPhone “mirrored”. The instructions are so so. It feels like the radio has 100 functions, but only 20 of them are addressed in the manual. I found the wiring diagrams not particularly helpful either. However, I’m no electrician, but somewhat handy and was able to make all necessary connections and get it working without much of a problem. The date and time zones are whacky and I couldn’t get it to set to mine manually nor via WiFi.Ultimately, I decided to return it as good sound quality and hands free operation matters the most to me in a radio and are subpar with this particular unit.

Not bad but cheap
This isn’t a bad radio. It’s just not great, depending on what you’re looking for.The screen is fantastic. Big, bold, looks good in the car. Way better appeal than the stock 2016 Jeep radio. Installation was a bunch of “hmm let’s see if these two connections fit together.” The instructions were not great. The radio is just average. The sound coming from the stock unit is actually better. But I bought this for CarPlay, having ability to plug in my phone, to be able to stream the iHeartRadio app, etc. That part is a success. The equalizer is not great. You can customize the settings, but, again, getting those settings just right is near impossible if you’re looking for great sound. This is no HD radio, btw. The steering wheel controls do work with my Jeep and this unit. That part is cool. The apps (zlink is where you’ll find your phone) and setting up the radio is difficult to figure out. It’s actually a pain in the a, and I almost threw the radio back in the box and returned it. But I had already spent too much time on the install and wanted CarPlay, etc.The radio was clearly not US made, but I knew that from the price, reviews, etc. Getting the radio to keep accurate time is impossible. If you set time to automatic by GPS, well, it doesn’t work. The unit thought I lived two timezones over, for some reason. I set the time manually, and the time would “wander.” It’s not accurate. If you change certain settings, you’ll lose your presets. The stereo is like a hot person you meet at the bar, but once you get their number and take them out on a date, you realize why they’re not taken (the radio looks good, but you’ll soon realize why it’s so cheap). It ain’t great. It ain’t bad. It’s a 3 rating when the lights come on and the bar closes. This is no Bose unit!

Love it
I would definitely recommend this touch screen. Only took about 45 minutes to install, but I have done a few touch screen installs on Wanglers before so I am familiar with the process. Install the dash adapter and put the dashboard back together, then snap the screen in last. Pretty easy. You do have to mess with the audio settings to dial in the sound but for the money this thing is great.
