I reluctantly ordered this multimedia player since it seemed too good to be true at this price. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of set up and how user friendly it is. It does everything it promises! The screen quality is very clear. It is easy to see during the day and has night mode so it's not too bright after dark. It also comes with a few different mounts which makes it pretty convenient to mount the way you're most comfortable. After using it for a couple months, I ordered three more as Christmas gifts. Every recipient was excited and quickly grew to love it as much as I do (one of them belongs to my 80 year old mom!). I've also had inquiries from others that may turn into additional purchases. The only downside I've found is that the sound quality isn't great but it's sufficient for the price. I would not hesitate to recommend this product or purchase it again in the future.

Excellent product and very easy to setup.Purchased for one of my older cars that did not have backup camera or Android Auto.Watched a video to connect the backup camera and wire to the reverse light.System itself was easy to connect. I used the audio cable for ease of use.Screen is clear and very easy flowing with accurate touch.Definitely a good value for money.

Edited: Product support ended up being very helpful and sent me a new camera which solved the problem. Happy now!Waiting on tech support to troubleshoot why the backup camera isn't functioning. It has power and I can see the image when I enter the calibration mode under settings, but putting the car in reverse does not show the camera. Everything else works fairly well. Although it seems a bit wonky. iPhone connects via bluetooth and CarPlay works, but it doesn't show the device is connected via bluetooth on the iPhone. Pressing the leave car icon does nothing, CarPlay still functions. The system seems to be stuck on Waze and shows the waze screen even when I haven't selected a route or even opened up waze. On a positive note, it seems to easily connect via AUX and Bluetooth to the phone each time I get in the car to go somewhere.

It works well, my only complaint is sometimes the screen disconnects from my phone randomly for about 10 seconds, but it comes back on. It was easy to install, and does what I need it to do. I just wish it would connect the audio through the cars Bluetooth instead of me having to connect my phone Bluetooth to the car, and the CarPlay to my phone. But overall it works good, and gets the job done.
