Product arrived on time. Very impressd with the build quality. It has only been one day an I am already enjoying relief in my lower back especially after sitting for awhile and then standing up and movinging around. I am 60 and a former contractor. I can feel a 50-70% difference. I will try this light weight, comfortable, thin support belt on my road cycle to see if it helps with lower back and hip pain.It's hard to find a low profile belt like this.Paul- El Dorado Hills Ca.

I bought this when I didn’t have my normal belt with me. This one is thinner and can be worn more discretely. It fits well and is highly adjustable. Provided some relief to lower back pain. Was comfortable to wear. So because my lower back pain was moderate - and my back wasn’t in serious spasms - this belt was fine. However, when I’m really suffering I need the wider belt that provides much more relief. So I would say this is a good “on the go” belt if you just need a little extra support for lower back issues. You can wear it without it being obvious. (It’s not as bulky as the other heavy duty belts). I’m basing my 4 stars on the amount of support it provides. But based on the quality of the belt it probably deserves 5 stars. Just depends on what you are looking for or need.

I've searched for awhile now for the perfect backbrace and for me I found it with this one! I do a lot of bending for my job and I have no disc's in my lower back so I'm usually in pain everyday but with this brace I worked last night and left with no pain. I was able to fully function normally without pain and bonus it fits great! The velcro holds in place until you move it yourself. I would definitely recommend this brace for those of us who are picky. Would definitely buy again!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Gives great support under clothing and is hardly visible. I like the adjustable straps that give more support. Great quality!

I don't like the way the wider braces are so obviously showing under clothing, so I tried this. While this brace is more streamlined, it is still a bit thick, especially the rubber foam band that is the main component. This brace is hardly an improvement in appearance.Other cons:Both problems are with the rubber foam band. There is a very strong odor, like a brand new tire. After a week it is still noticeable to myself and others.The rubber foam band does not breath well. Even under normal use, it becomes very hot and makes you sweat underneath the brace. Any increased activity and you really heat up and sweat.I really wanted this to work as the concept is what I was looking for but this brace just doesn't provide a comfortable and issue free experience in normal use.

Very narrow...not as helpful as I'd hoped.

I bought this back brace for traveling. It is easy to put on and take off. It has good support, but on the light side which I like because it is not too tight or heavy. It is adjustable so it is easy to put on for your comfort level. If you need lower back support…this light back brace is for you!
