I had issues with delivery, but that’s not Sunclimb’s issue but the company (DHL) they used. Sunclimb worked hard to sort the issue and get it delivered to me. The product is absolutely great and loads of fun, and it was worth waiting for.

I work a hotel just 1.5 miles away from home. So, I I decided to buy scooter for work. This can be means Green travel and low-carbon life. This scooter easy transport and storage. When is rain can easy to fit into my wife’s car. Simple connect to phone, can use many functions though APP. ie, turn on/ off light, lock/unlock, set max speed……Also have dual brake system. The big surprise is mobile phone holder and car lock, maybe this is extra bonus.

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the experience I’ve had with this company, and I feel compelled to warn potential customers. I purchased a scooter that arrived faulty from the start. Critical screws and parts were missing, making it unsafe to use, and the scooter only worked on the first day before completely breaking down. When I initially requested a refund, my message was ignored until after the refund period had expired, which shows a total lack of customer care and respect. It was only when I threatened legal action that they suggested the issue might be the charger. They then sent the wrong charger, which took over two weeks to arrive, and after that didn’t work, I was sent another incorrect charger. Despite all of this, the company refused to honor my refund request and instead instructed me to take the scooter apart and reassemble it myself—something I have no experience in, nor should I need to do after buying what was supposed to be a ready-to-use product. After this, they ignored all further communication. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and the faulty product itself have left me incredibly frustrated, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought this electric scooter to help me commute to work. It is so much cheaper and affordable compared to an electric bicycle. It is also much lighter and easier to store away safely. The scooter goes very fast at its maximum speed. I think 10km per hour is the ideal safe speed to go. I would definitely recommend you to wear a helmet whilst on it for protection. Going at slower speeds helps the conserve battery life so I am getting about 15-20 mile range on a full charge. I am finding that a full charge is lasting me about one full week of commuting. The battery is easy to top up at home or at work. The scooter is stable and comfortable to ride on.

Perfect for my little 12 year old. Fast enough, safe, good instructions, and does the job.

The media could not be loaded. Had the scooter 4 week after having to buy of another buyer for the same issue will not exchange or refund the scooter turns on and of you will get nowhere when something goes wrong with it the button sticks on dangerous
