Asvine Wrench for Piston and Vacuum Fountain Pens, Set of 2 Removing Tools

Good news - this is the right tool for your Asvine fountain pen. Bad news - you probably ought to not disassemble your pen very often or you'll have problems with the plastic threads.

This Asvine brand piston wrench is really nice to have on hand when needing to disassemble the piston sections.This tool will not fit all brands but will accommodate a lot of them.I am happy with this wrench tool and this seller.

At just 65mm X 12mm the wrenches are smaller than you might think. At first I thought Amazon sent me an empty envelope, but after cutting open the inner brown envelope I found another plastic envelope with the wrenches inside. I bought these wrenches to go along with an Asvine P20 piston-fill pen. One-star off for not including a wrench with the pen in the first place! Without the wrench, there is no simple way to disassemble the pen for cleaning.

Bought this for a Narwhal pen that I bought a couple years ago that didn't come with one. Narwhal's customer service sent me one free of charge, but it didn't fit (it's the same size that comes with a TWSBI pen). Was hoping this one would work, and the largest section fit perfectly. Good value for the price. It's thinner than either the TWSBI or Nahvalur wrenches so not sure how long it'll last, though

It doesn't have to be every time, but the pens need to be taken apart and serviced.

If you want to remove the piston filler on your pen to clean it thoroughly, then this is the tool to have. Keep in mind this tool is not designed to be used with all pens.

This wrench is extremely useful! You can service probably at least a dozen of pens with it both piston and vacuum fillers! A must have!
