eat at least one portion per week. plain or with lemon. really tasty and supplies the proper nutritional value i was looking for. i sometime use with an arugula salad, OMG

Surprisingly Delicious
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I wanted to start incorporating into my diet for the nutrients. I opened the can, mixed in some pepper and the oils back into the meat, then placed on crackers and dug in.It’s actually quite enjoyable. If you like canned tuna, you will like this.

Terrific product to increase Omegas.Amazing how "melt in your mouth" thesecod livers are.Troublesome as I could eat one a day...as they're abit expensive. LOVE THEM !

Does not have that overwhelming smell. I mix this with tuna, sardines and salmon to make a fish salad to use on sandwiches or to fry as a patty. When mixed it just tastes like tuna.

Just got today and I like them so much I am ordering more. I love they are packed in cod liver oil and there is no added sugar, alcohol, or maltodextrin!

I ordered these for my sister, I didn't believe her when she said this cod liver tastes great, she gave me a can--and it is very tasty.Great when mixed with canned tuna, makes it taste richer.
