If you want a big plopped every day buy these
Listen folks, if you have bubble guts or just don't seem to poop that often. Get on these bad boys. Changed my life. Especially for constipated girlie's. Regular long thick bowel movements ahoy, rather than the rabbit pellets I used to produce. Can't recommend enough.

Ideal for travel
Bought this for my trip to Indonesia last year and again this year for my trip to Namibia. The taste is not amazing, but the size is reasonable and they are easy to swallow, even without water. Also, they do not take up too much space and you can easily carry them with you on your trip.Quality is definitely good as I had no issue eating local food, particularly in Indonesia, where most of the thing are made with broth. The price is fair and there are quite lots of pills in the bag. Definitely recommended.

Worked for me
Started on these about six weeks ago and overall my stomach has been much better. Read up on probiotics and thought I would give these a try as they are an extremely good price and I didn't like the thought of the sachets you mix with water. Even took them on holiday as they are easy to transport. Glad I did as even with a different 'holiday' diet I didn't feel my stomach suffered in any way - it is sensitive at the best of times. All I can say is try them, if they don't suit then you've not wasted too much money.

A few weeks in, no changes yet
I suffer from excessive bloating no matter what I eat, I even get it from water! I read about the benefits of probiotics and thought these might help but a few weeks in and there’s no change yet. I’ll run them down for the full 90 days but it’s not looking promising. Probiotics are a bit of a hit and miss so might not work for me but may work for you!

Arrived quickly
Arrived quickly. These capsules say they’re high strength but I prefer the capsules that contain 10 billion active ingredients rather than 1.5 billion which is what these are. I will order the 10 billion ones next time.Thank you
