Works great, SO LOUD!
I bought this for my office and under normal circumstances I would run a tape of all of my calculations but I keep the print function off with this one because it is SO LOUD when it is printing! But the blue ink is beautiful and easy to read and the color of the machine is gorgeous and it doesn't take up near as much space as my old one so I am overall happy with it.

Product stopped working shortly after purchase
This product stopped working 6 weeks after purchase & of course, the return window had closed. So I contacted the company & explained what was going on & was told to return & they would send me a replacement. That was December 4th , the date I mailed it back to them. I have not heard anything from them & my emails have gone unanswered. So disappointing!!!

Not What I Had Expected!
Flimsy and I am returning it. The spool that holds the tape is missing. The printout on the tape is barely legible! Not for me!
