I ordered this for my brothers birthday because he really likes Metallica and I've been having issues with receiving my orders lately and when I exsplained to the seller that I never received this he or she was very understanding and sent me a replacement that arrived just in time for my brothers birthday, and he loves it! Highly recommend!
