I use these for rock and mandala dot painting. They are pretty round/oval and the sizes are as advertised. They are smooth and work well for my spring ladybug project this year.

not as large as I'd hoped, none were 4 inches, one was close. none were round. However they're fairly smooth. so so and for $1.50 each I don't think they are a value for the money.
