It works great and love the screen size.
I like it... easy to use and set up. The instructions for operation are in a booklet and I can actually read it. The other cameras and some electronics I have purchased, you have to have a magnifying glass to read it and it is just a folded up piece of paper. What I like about this camera is the suction cup works well and I can use it on a rental car. I like the size of the screen and it shows you it is recording and you can see the seconds and when it automatically starts over. It does have a USB adapter so you can download videos. It does not link to an app or cell phone but it is OK. I needed it easy to transfer to a rental car.

Solid choice
Didn’t expect miracles, but was nicely surprised. Instructions could use bit more detail about setup, but otherwise, good product. I bought 3, 1 has some glitch that causes it to not turn off automatically when car stops. Solid mount, clear picture, no complaints!

Great Dashcam, Great Support.
Excellent customer support! I received the webcam and found there was a problem with it. I contacted Diamond-Lark by email, explained the problem and received a very quick response.A replacement was sent out to me that day and I now have it running in my car. It works perfectly. The screen is very clear and handles the bright sunshine without any problems.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and the outstanding support from Diamond-Lark.

Look elsewhere, this camera has issues
Disappointing experience. The picture quality was terrible, it looked like stereotypical grainy security camera footage and not 1080 quality. I tried changing settings, but that didn't help. Additionally, every saved file had 10 seconds of frozen video, just sound, at the end of the file - so you could actually miss the most important part. These problems existed even when a different memory card was used. Camera is nice looking and good size, long cord, the menu screen is fairly easy to navigate. But, picture quality is far more important. I guess you get what you pay for.

Economical and Good Quality
Been using this for about 3 months now, and it is working great. It seems to record in short clips that overlap slightly. I was exploring the clips and found a few that did not record properly, out of the thousands on clips on the card. It records new files until full, then appears to record over the old ones. I have used two different micro SD cards in it, just to see if they work ok, and everything was fine. The card that came with the unit is back in the camera now, and still working as it should. The power cord is long enough that I was able to rout it along the top of the windshield to the column, down the doorframe to under the dash and rout it back to the center where the 12v access was located with plenty of slack. I used a Velcro tie to hold the extra wire out of the way under the dash.I frankly did not expect much from such an inexpensive unit, but I am impressed with what I got.

Camera is great for the price; instructions are complicated & incomplete
There's a 33-page booklet of instructions, and personally I have to keep reading and rereading the whole thing to find the one instruction for whatever I'm trying to do in that moment. I'm a millennial and pretty tech savvy, and finding this so unnecessarily complicated. On top of that, they left out how to use the USB card reader! Zero indication of how/what direction to insert it, and the materials are flimsy so the stakes are high if you've got something you need on there. I'm not going to even try while I'm waiting to hear back about how to do it, it'll damage the card if done the wrong way.Camera is surprisingly good for the price, overall an ok product but make sure to regularly format/clear the memory so it's not filled up with automatically-locked videos when you really need it.
