It's a balm...
not a cream, so don't expect it to disappear like a cream. I bought this for dry hands and stiffness in my index finger (using a mouse all day). It's worked really well. My hands and joints feel much better. Take the time to rub it in and enjoy not doing anything for a few minutes. I use a few times a day especially at bedtime. I think it smells lovely.

Very good pain relief and improved mobility
Very happy with my purchase - it's indeed soothing!I'm recovering from a knee partial meniscectomy, as well as having a meniscal tear in the other knee. I've only been using the balm for 2 days but I felt a great pain relief in my knees after application. Scent is pleasant, packed with natural ingredients and aromas which I find fantastic! It absorbs well, leaves the skin pleasantly moisturised but not greasy. I'll definitely repurchase and recommend!

Effective but oily
Gorgeous smell, and definitely seemed to ease my bruised and swollen hand after a fall. However, it doesn’t absorb well and leaves a very greasy residue, which renders it unsuitable for me to use during the daytime or at work, as it made my grip very slippery and left oily fingermarks everywhere. Will stick to using it overnight instead.

A gorgeous soothing balm, perfect for sports injuries! Thank you!
If you prefer the texture of a balm rather than a cream, which I do, then this is perfect. I have used arnica for sports injuries for many years but find this product by far the nicest to use. Creams transfer onto clothes etc, oils while great, are just .... a bit oily and not great if you knock the bottle over. This balm smells gorgeous and the menthol in it gives just enough of a warming effect to soothe strained and torn muscles.I’ve lived with this product for a few weeks now having purchased it after a massive fall from an aerial hoop where I hit every part f my upper body - fortunately onto a big crash mat! My aged bod still hurts but this balm has definitely helped and I use it pretty much after any workout. I’m in my mid 50s and do a lot of aerial sport as well as dance at adv/pro level.Although I understand about the advertising/publicity issues with natural medicines and the claims of efficacy, is there a way off saying this isn’t a “nice moisturiser” since there do appear to be some negative reviews by those who have purchased this as a hand cream or facial moisturiser! Or even to say not for facial use/ not suitable for sensitive skin since menthol around the eyes or on a sensitive skin could well cause a severe reaction.

Fantastic product to keep in medicine cupboard
I had a bad fall over a year ago. My lower leg was swollen and very badly bruised for months. It was painful to walk, and woke me up at night with the pain. Standard ibuprofen gels, caused my skin to react badly. I used this product as a last resort, but thought it might be ‘snake oil!’ But I was wrong. It really helped to reduce pain and swelling. Now I always have a tin on hand, and would recommend it highly.

Helped to reduce the pain
Bought this product on recommendation from a friend but I also read the reviews and thought it was worth a go. I suffer from arthritis in my knee following a series of operations when I was younger. Did this help? In short yes but it isn't a miracle cure (not that it is advertised as one). It definitely reduced the pain to a degree but not as much as I was expecting from the previous reviews. Some reviews talked about wrists, thumbs and fingers, perhaps it works better on these non-load bearing joints? I'm not a fan of taking pills so between this product and an ice pack I seem to be able to manage the pain. I recently tried this product in combination with another (comfrey cream) and together I was quite pleased. There's certainly positives with this product and I would say for the money it costs (about the price of a prescription) it has to be worth a go as a more natural remedy to pain killers. If it works for you then great, if not no real harm done. I'm sure you can always pass it on to someone else you know for them to try. Oh and finally, it does smell fantastic which makes it a pleasure to put on anyway. Thanks.
