This product has kept my goldfish (small outdoor pond) alive for two weeks while we were on holiday. Good performance. The pond looked healthy, not full of algae or mildew of remnants of fish food. The water was clear and most importantly all fish survived. There was a little bit of food left. Great value for money. Easy to use, versatile and will use again; even when going away for a few days for ease of mind.

Feed your goldfish whilst away from home with these little pellets of food (the fish survived, anyway!). Rather costly but these were the best value ones and gave us peace of mind.

Very useful

Food didn’t dissolve and go into the water as the back of the packet said it would. I think most of it was just eaten by snails and after being on holiday for a month a lump of food was still left over. Luckily it didn’t foul the water. I wouldn’t bother with it again.

Not for permanent diet but perfect to provide food while away for up to a fortnight e.g. holiday, hospital stay etc.,

Do not buy unless you want to ruin your fish tank and fishes in it!! Disasterous product!We went out for 10 days holiday and the day before we left I cleaned the fished tank, refreshed water and filter and supplied 4 units of this fish food. We have 60 litres tank and three 7cm gold fish species hapily living there.Upon our return home yesterday we discovered the following disaster:The aquarium was almost out of water leaving 3cm of water only in it. Poor fish was almost lying and dieing there God knows for how long. I thought for a second that there must have been a crack which resulted in all water running out. Hiw ver upon closer inspection it turned out that this fish food has completely clogged up the filter which is used to filter the water supplied by the filter motor. The filter completely clogged up and the motor continued to work pumping out all water out of the aquarium down to expensive oak chest and further down to our new carpets. The chest is damaged so as the carpets. Luckily the aquarium is installed in the living room on the ground floor - otherwise we could have a major leak from the ceiling. Most importantly I feel for the fishes. Luckily enough we were back home soon enough to recover them. All is good now with the fishes but the damages are already made!! I will never ever buy or recommend this fish food to anyone. It is made of gel, damages aquarium and most importantly fishes.

Very good product. First time using holiday food for the fish so was abit worries as a lot of reviews on other products said their fish died as it didn’t dissolve enough so after like 2 days we got mum to check the fish and they were fine and the food was dissolving great. Came back after a 10 day holiday and the fish were happy healthy and alive! Definitely does the job although we did put two in. It did make the tank abit dirty but the fish ate and were well so all in all I’d say it does what it’s supposed to
