Hi everyone,Just wanted to leave a review here.It is my 3rd pregnancy, we had an early loss with our 2nd one. So with this pregnancy I used Zita west starting from preconception to now 2nd trimester.3 pills a day is a lot a little challenge to take them but I would say worth it if it works.After my early loss I was very concerned and came across Zita west did some research on the content and watching some mum's sharing their experience on YouTube. I have decided to go for Zita west prenatals and preconception line.So fare all is fine and just so you know your urine get yellowish when taking them .. but no other complains here.

From research, this is the best pre natal I could find on the UK market. I started it pretty early on in my second trimester and have been using it ever since. I will also continue with post natals after giving birth. I do not trust super market vitamin brands. This definitely has a better form of “folic acid”, namely folate. When I started taking it it was in a plastic container and was 3 vitamins a day. They have now been reduced to two in a glass bottle. You can see the company has listened to feedback and improved!

Amazing product. Feel very healthy on these. Hard for me to remember to take 3 especially fir lunchtime one so usually do one in morning and two at night. They smell healthy and have a use by date once open so seem to be very fresh and tailored to me. Recommended by my nutritionist.

In the first pregnancy I took pregnacare and felt sick until the 5th month! ( was all day nausea and vomiting) the second pregnancy I was told to try Solgar vitamins and although I wasn't severely sick like in the first pregnancy I still felt nausea ; after reading numerous forums I came across Zita West vitamins and based on other mother's reviews decided to give it a go. After the third DAY taking Zita West my sickness was completly gone! Like a miracle! I noticed that ZIta West vitamins has very high amount of vitamin b6 - which is belived to aliviate nausea, the fact that it's 3 capsules to take a day means also that you get the daily amount of iron but slowly - as iron is belived to be the main culprit for nausea. It does cost triple of the price than most pre natal vitamins ; but it's only 9 months of your life so definately worth investing if you suffer from severe nausea!

These tablets seem to have every nutrient you and baby need at this crucial time of development. The more research I see of the impacts from this stage on the long term health of baby later in life, the more I think it is worth spending the small extra cost of these tablets.Initially it seemed a hassle having tablets three times a day with meals, rather than just one tablet, but it's worked out fine. With a growing baby in the belly, I find it easier eating small meals more frequently. Better for energy levels and baby too. Plus baby is getting a constant supply of nutrients rather than one huge surge a day, which should help continuous growth and mean less stress on its little growing body.The results are brilliant so far, all very healthy and developing perfectly, according to the doctors. Husband says if it's working, don't stop!

This is my fourth pregnancy, and the only supplement that works+helps is this. Tried everything , always feel weak/sick/exhausted/lightheaded (well pregnancy i guess is not for me) But as soon as i take this supplement i feel much better!! Just take them properly, i use to forget sometimes and take less tablets a day then recommended. Felt it straight away.Would definitely recommend it, i take it with zita west omega tablets.

Great vitamins, very high quality and specifically formulated for the second trimester. I've taken these based on the recommendation of my doctor and a nutritionist, and I believe these made a big difference in my energy levels throughout pregnancy. Definitely recommended.
