Immediately caught on fire
For some reason, my photo showing the melted ignition switch would not upload. I am so glad you have emailed me regarding this purchase, because I spent several hours today trying to find out who the manufacturer of this tankless hot water heater is. I received this product Friday, Sept. 27, and following the (albeit horrible) instructions, assembled it for use. It worked great for about 3 minutes, when the water turned cold and I noticed a flame coming out of the tank. I immediately doused out the flame, shut the unit down and disconnected the gas. I do not know what the exact problem was. However, I do not care, because the bottom line is, the unit did not only boot work correctly upon first use, but created a hazardous and dangerous condition. I am working on getting a full refund, without a hassle - we shall see how well that works out.

Great addition to our house
We initially bought this portable hot water. Heater shower to help us with a solution during bathroom remodels to have a place to still shower. After our remodel was finished we continue to use this shower as a great outdoor shower option for when we return from the beach or one of my sons has a very dirty game. This has helped reduce any of that dirt or sand or mud from coming into the house and making a mess in our newly remodeled bathrooms. It is so easy to use and has great water pressure! It was also a great cost effective solution for us!

Great outdoor shower, no spare parts and no customer service
Exactly as promised -- instant, on-demand warm (or hot) water. We mounted it on wood blocks to keep the flame away from wooden house siding. It's a delightful experience! We'll have to drain it and store it indoors during hard freezes, so that will be a nuisance (well worth it).One complaint...the plastic shower head cracked and is leaking. There's no spare parts and no contact info (maybe Amazon could help me, but they also make it hard to find a real person).

Great unit if installed correctly
I've seen the post on here talking about how it almost set their place on fire. It will do that if you don't leak check your propane connection for sure lol leaky gas line around a flame usually causes a fire. That said it is a bit cheap and rickety built in comparison to other units because it's the cheapest thing on the market I'm sure. I would not screw this to a wood house. I would not want it screwed to my RV. Instead I would build a non flammable stand for it a few feet away from things unless I was mounting it on a concrete wall or all metal workshop. This is not really something an inexperienced DIY person should hook up. Atleast study flare connections first. If it's freezing the unit will break for sure unless you got heat tape on a copper pipe connected to it. Good luck it works great for me! I'm in Florida.

Loved it while it lasted
We purchased this for our outdoor tub. It got really hot and did a great job filling the large tub (though it took about 40 min to fill it). We had some occasional issues with it not turning on. . .but we always managed to troubleshoot it. But after about a year it stopped working entirely. We removed it from the wall/protective box it was housed in and discovered rats had made a nest inside the waterheater and destroyed the wiring. SO frustrating! 😭

Best purchase decision I've made online hands down
For the price I paid for the unit it performs above and beyond. Once you get your flow knob setting just right and the temp setting perfect your in there like swim wear as long as water is flowing through the unit. Provides hot enough water to scald you the digital read out said 175°F when I did a test run after hooking it up to a water hose and propane tank. It wasn't wrong either that water was HOT.Things you will need to buyA thread adapter for the half inch threaded water inlet coupling that allows you to screw in your hose2 D batteries20lb propane tankLastly even though it comes with a shower wand and hose already it would be better to go ahead and upgrade to something a little more durable and nicer than than the plastic ones includedSo all and all I'm satisfied with this product and its versatility in multiple applications where on demand endless hot water is needed

No Support for this short lived water heater.
While the water heater worked great for the few times that we used it, it blew a hole in the tube on the upper right hand side of the unit last time I tried it. Amazon told me to call Forimo and Forimo told me to call Amazon. No support from either and I'm out a water heater.
