Perfect job

I gave it 4 stars purely on that it doesn’t get rid of piles (haemorrhoids) but just soothes them for a day or so. I’ve tried a few creams and this is the best one. To soothe internal piles there’s a pointy applicator which takes a little bit of practice to do without no discomfort while applying but it definitely does help to soothe the pain 😬

Tried this after using Germoloids and found that this was not as good in most of the factors plus it left me feeling messy in my pants and forever worried in case I'd messed myself or it was showing through even though neither was the case.
