It's a really great design concept. You get to align the plate separately from the holder so you have a very clearview to drill the holes and get it exactly where you want it. Towel holder itself is nice. It came with everything needed to secure to wall. Strong and can hold small or large hand towels. Color is as pictured. Coating is decently thick and not easily scratched. The only complaint is the screw that tightens it doesn't line up straight. To hang it straight, you have to have the insert turned at an angle.

Just installed these, so easy, they match our bathroom perfectly and seem very sturdy. Happy with this purchase.

These were easy to assemble and they are great quality. I’m surprised by their sturdiness but they are definitely worth the price.

I'm replacing my bathroom accessories in preparation for a remodel this fall. I have already replaced the towel bars and wanted a matching hand towel holder in black that was definitely not plastic like the old one. I also wanted one with a round base to match the towel bars and a round holder that was not as wide considering I have not decided on the vanity, mirror, etc that will be installed. This was a perfect size for the current location and I have no doubt it will work for the remodel. Everything you need to install it is included except the screwdriver; even the allen wrench to tighten the holder to the base. It easily moves up and down to place and use the towel. The hand towel holder is solid, and all metal. I wish this had been an option during the first remodel 20 years ago. There is a choice of colors to match your bathroom so consider replacing your old and if like mine, cheap, towel holder.
