I carry one in my purse whenever I go to grandkids games.sitting so long can cause cramps. No sprays or creams that you can’t put it on the spot. Just drink one or two if really bad and it’s gone!!

I had heard for a few years that pickle juice can stop painful muscle cramps instantly. But only decided to try it a few months ago. I picked up a couple bottles of this at the grocery store, when the leg cramp started I downed a bottle & in seconds the cramps were gone! Be careful not all pickle juice are created equal. I've been buying the extra strength shots for several years. For a long time one bottle was enough to knock out even the worst cramps, but after about a year it required 2 bottles. Recently, serious episodes have required 3...but they always stop pain within 30 seconds to a minute. Leg and foot cramps are the most painful, but I also occasionally get hand cramps after repetitive tasks. I keep 3 bottles by the bed (night cramps are the most common), 2 in my purse, and the remaining stash in my kitchen cabinet.When I started needing 3 bottles, I explored other options and read that yellow mustard would work as well...it does, but tastes awful! I shake a squeeze bottle, squirt about a teaspoon in my palm, and lick it off in one go if possible. The faster I can do this, the more taste buds are hit and even severe pain will dissipate really fast. If I can achieve a big shudder, I know I won't need to take more. (BTW...I've tried using a spoon, but finding one and scooping slows down the process. Every second counts!)I ordered fewer pickle juice bottles this time and bought some mustard packets as a backup. They look like they have about the right amount in them and are easier to transport in my purse than 2 bottles (which haven't leaked yet, but I worry). I suspect that with both pickle juice and mustard that the shock factor has a lot to do with the "cure" than the ingredients. One last thing...if you even think a cramp might be coming, that's the time to down a bottle or squirt. Don't waste time massaging or trying to walk it off. As the cramp tightens and (and sometimes extends to other muscles) it will be harder to eliminate.

This brand is really good. Comes in different sizes. Tast is good. I'm on cement floors 12-hour shifts 4 days a week I'm always on my first day off having leg cramps this stuff really works it only takes a few seconds after you drink it and the cramp is gone I wish I would have found it a long time ago it would have saved me a lot of pickle jars

For those muscle cramps that come out of nowhere, I swear by these!I keep a stash near the bed and in the car! I’m a satisfied, return customer!

I have tried a lot of supposed Cramp Cures...I get the ones that jump on me without warning and go from bad to worse quickly, some so bad I start thinking about how I am going to get in a car to get to the Emergency room for help ! both leg Charley horse cramps....The worst of the worst !!!
