Excellent and easy to fix
The media could not be loaded. It's really amazing to have this one at home.... I bought 5 of this after my first purchase for all my bathrooms and my brother's house. Worth the money... Please be mindful that high pressure will fail the durability of the product. So keep a minimum pressure...

Plastic and leaks!
Easy to install. Which is good because there were no instructions.Material feels very cheap.Water leaks everywhere so it’s useless.Should have included a small spinner to tighten and some plumbers tape.

Not stainless, it is plastic, but it is well made and easy to assemble and fits UK tap

Does what is says but a little leaky
The media could not be loaded. This was easy to install once I bought a spanner to remove my aerator. This will fit most UK sinks but please MEASURE YOUR TAP WITHOUT AERATOR (the little screw on that makes your water bubble) it should measure 24mm. It is cheap material but what do you expect for the price. It does the job well but after using the shower and switching over even when pressing again to empty the hose it still leaks a bit from the shower head part. I'm trying to figure out ways to make this stop but at the moment I'm just periodically wiping things down. It is a great solution if you rent. Be sure to use the washers included or it will leak at the tap. Overally pretty decent buy at a good price.

Think before you buy
The product is made up of plastic and easy to install. It does it's job but did not last more than 6 months. It got super leaky and even there were cracks in the house itself. Please think about your usage. May be a good product for rare use, but not for daily use for sure

Good functionality poor quality
The fitting was alright, and its fully functional but the quality is very poor the handle broke button broke just after a week use. Had order new handle only for bidet from somewhere else.
