Great product, supportive and easy to tear.

Bear grip tape comes in a box with 3 rolls of tape plenty to last you for ages. The tape is width wise is long so I didn't need to apply alot round my fingers and thumbs. The tape helps me use hook grip when lifting the barbell protecting my skin from scrapes and calluses. As the Tape has great grip on the out side when performing hook grip it gives me extra hold grip of the bar which helps on heavier weights. The tape is easy to put on and rip fromnthe roll no need for scissors or biting. The tape is very durable and breathable so does not come off during long work outs or when lifting heavier weights. 😊👍🏼

This ok, good grip, stretch. My only gripe is that it's hard to find the beginning of the tape on first use!

I use the this tape on my thumbs to avoid skin tears doing gymnastic work and I wrap it around the rig for pull ups and my barbell for that extra tight grip. Fantastic quality and tears off so easily. 10/10

These are better than the brand that my gym sell. I’m really glad that I found them online and bought them great value.

The media could not be loaded. I have to use finger tape for deadlifts as my hand tend to rip to bits making heavy lifting difficult and dangerous. I’ve used different tape before but this one is wider (so using less) and just better. It rips better (don’t really take scissors to the gym) and it stops the moisture. I use it with Bear Grip gloves and it’s perfect. Just what you need to make sure that your skin is protected and your grip won’t slip. I’ve used it with liquid chalk too. It absorbed it perfectly and dried straight away. Overall great product!
