Out of all the pre-workouts I've tried from large reputable companies, this one is absolutely "hitting the spot" for me! I tried the original Pre-Kaged last year, and it was really effective. When looking to restock, I ran across this Elite version. I was comparing this to Raw Nutrition Pre, but decided to stay with the Kaged Muscle family. Glad I did.Pros:- Flavor is more on the sweeter side and not on the tart/sour side, which I like. Strawberry lemonade tastes like something you would get from a corndog stand at a fair!- Ingredient profile is thoughtful and dosed decently, I don't get the runs from this (sorry if graphic)- focus kicks in and stays consistent for at least 1.5 hours, and I don't have any kind of energy crash- mixes perfectly fine, a bit bubbly at the top but not a deal breaker- I'm able to squeeze in 2-3 extra pumps when close to failure- did I mention this tastes like something you would get from a corndog stand at a fair?Cons:- it is on the pricier side, but I think it's well worth it

This preworkout was another level for me. I thought maybe I’ll like this since it’s low caffeine then other products. When I got to using it. I could totally feel the difference longer energy and more drive to dominate the weights. Great product!

I’ve tried tons of preworkouts, and of all this one is the best. It really works. It’s insane, doesn’t matter if I’m dead tired or just need a kick. Even a half scoop is enough to give me energy for the whole workout and helps me squeeze out a few more reps better than anything else I’ve taken. It’s really legit while also tasting delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who needs that extra energy.I would just warn of the high caffeine. If you don’t have experience with caffeine take it slow. Start with 1/4 or 1/2 scoop and work up as needed if needed. Similarly I wouldn’t advise drinking this shortly after having a coffee or anything. It’s legit but powerful so be careful and you’ll have some amazing workouts.
