Comfortable
This is so comfortable, definitely worth the extra few ounces backpacking. Easy to blow up, shape gives multiple head angle options. The elastic strap barely fits around my 20" wide sleeping pad. Three trips so far and no leaks.

The greatest inflatable pillow yet but…
I have tried about 10 inflatable and non-inflatable pillows for backpacking. Exped, Thermarest, Nemo, Sea to Summit, Trekology, outdoor vitals, etc. Really spanning the whole spectrum from $10 to $70.All inflatable pillows give me a neck kink. Every single one. I even foam ones tend to collapse in the middle of the night. I bought a 1lb memory foam pillow out of sheer desperation for good night sleep in the wilderness. It’s a huge monster and I just can’t bear myself to bring it with me on backpacking trips.Out of desperation I tried this pillow (the one with extra memory foam), and this was it. The only inflatable pillow that I slept well the whole night! The size is larger than usual inflatable pillows. The square shape is excellent for making it feel like a normal pillow. It’s supportive. You do need to inflate it to almost full to get best support. It doesn’t squeak or sound hollow. The memory foam is just right, and helps keep your head warm. It even comes with pad straps. So why the three stars? The pillow arrived leaky. I contacted the support and after a week got no response. I really just don’t like companies who do not offer any customer support. In the end I returned it through Amazon, and bought the second one. And this one leaked too!The one way valve has a design flow. The valve flap seems to be too inflexible or too thick to correctly shut off outgoing air. The cap that goes on top of the valve is not air tight, air slowly leaks.I worked around this by blowing up the pillow, and squeeze quickly to force the valve to close tighter. You can hear the air escaping a little bit slower. When I get it just right, the leak rate is too slow for me to notice.I’m going to put up with this leaking issue for now. It’s annoying to know the pillow leaks air. But it’s too comfortable for the weight and pack size saving over that 1lb monster.Update: After posting this review the seller offered a full refund. So the customer service seems to be quite good after all if you contact them through Amazon. Bumping up to 4 stars.

Saved my neck
I have terrible neck. I use a Sleep Number contour pillow at home. I purchased this so I could easily transport it on a flight and use in a hotel. This worked so much better for me than hotel pillows. Yes, it is about half the size of a normal pillow, but it’s the contour shape I need.

This is the one
As a side/ stomach sleeper I’ve always struggled to find a comfortable pillow while backpacking, resigned myself to a bad nights sleep on top of spare clothes. I’ve tried numerous pillows that either packed too large, or were uncomfortable. This one is perfect. Like Goldilocks finding the bed that was just right I’ll sleep soundly now in the wilderness.

Best backpacking pillow ever.
I’ve tried 4 other pillows and this is the best one hands down. It’s a great size and doesn’t slide around. The foam is thick enough for a “regular” pillow feel. The weight/size penalty vs other air ones is absolutely worth it to me.

Edited:Small, firm, easy
Edited 12/20/24: a little over a year and it sprung a leak. I pulled out the innerds and found that the inflating bag inside is a very thin clear plastic bag with single heat welded seam close to the edges. The weld came apart in one spot - looks like a weakly welded length along that edge. Double weld wouldve been easy and do so much for the durability. Given the new finding, I do not recommend this. What an amazing pillow! Smaller in width than expected but not too small either. I think it is just right to fit in sideways in a standard pillow case, and that works for me. The inflating is super fast and easy. Deflating is even faster and easier, and leaves no air inside to be coaxed out. The memory foam layer on top is too thin to count for anything and adds to the size a little when packed, but it is nice to touch than the bare surface. The heights on both sides are just right. I travel the world with my inflatable pillow and this is my new essential item replacing the old one (different type and brand) which had started to show cracks on the valve.Summary: highly recommended.

Solved several issues for me
I camp at least twice a month. This has solved several issues with my sleep system. I own 4 or 5 others and they are all just a bit too thin. This one is comfy and a genius design
