septic treatment is like buying a promise.....you only know if was telling the truth when it fails..... so far, it has NOT.

We throw a package of this product into the toiler every three months. Seems to work great in our septic system.

We have never had a septic tank before, so having to add a treatment every month is a pain, but we have been using these for 4 months now and everything seems to be working as it should. Only having to set a reminder for every 3 months is nice.

I put it in every three months however I don’t know if it really works. I had my septic cleaned out a year ago and the septic guy is the one who recommends buying the pig. So this is what I do for now.

I bought these before and used them along with another product which some reviewer had suggested was a good combination for sewage fields that were not draining correctly. The combination seemed to work, but somewhere along the line, I quit using these little packets, and slowly, the drainage field became wetter.So, I am back to using these twice a month for a while along with the other product once a month.This will be a good test to see if they help.
