Baddie product review!
Best Camera EVER! If you need help for settings I highly suggest looking up videos on tik tok. For these photos I didn’t even need to do anything it’s on “auto” and of course with the flash on. The pictures are clear and sharp. You can adjust to make them darker. The price is definitely a not cheap, but worth it. And it’s easy to use.

Malfunctioning After One Day of Use
I was so excited for this. I just got this camera for my birthday yesterday and used it once. The camera was not mishandled or damaged in any way, however just 1 day after receiving my product I was playing with the settings when the screen filled with colorful glitch- like lines and then the camera shut off entirely. It has not turned back on since. The lens is still extended and will not retract, and no lights or signs of power come on when I attempt to restart it. It is in perfect physical condition, straight out of the box. This appears to be a hardware or firmware failure.I would appreciate help with either a replacement or repair under warranty. I can provide the serial number, receipt, and any photos/videos of the issue if needed.

truly an amazing camera. was a little nervous about buying such an expensive product through a third party seller , however everything came in perfect condition. it's a great size to stick in your bag and the pictures are coming out amazing on it. don't second guess buying it just go for it

I love her - just perfect
I just got this camera in and so far I love it!! It came new in the box and didn’t have any signs of use. I’m not sure if there will be issues in the future but for right now I love this camera! Perfect camera for going out with friends and getting cute dinner pics or having a little photoshoot. The fliping screen is a great source for selfies! I 100% recommend this item. Even though it’s expensive you have to splurge to get the good stuff!! Buy them before they run out!!

Any help would be appreciated.
I ordered this camera "New" but there was no battery cap so I wondering if the battery/camera was used. Anyone have a missing battery cap? The label under the flip screen has codes....UK, CA, EAC. Anyone know what this means? So far it takes good photos and video. I also noticed that the 4K video seems a little shaky compared to the HD 30fps. Not sure if it's me. Thank you

Delicate flash but greatCamera
I have three of these but this is the only one with the 40x Zoom . Different models but all three have the same flash and the other two are broken . One does not flash and the other is loose at the hinge. Be careful with the flashes they are delicate. Only complaint , the problem is 800.00 a crack and no help for repair . I almost bought a Nikon this time but supplies are limited at stores and online. The next model similar is 1400 . If I was not in a hurry I may have waited for a different camera. I have 7 cannon cameras , cannon doesn’t care just keep buying them. Honest review from my experience over 20 years. Have a good day. So far this one is holding up .
