Unfortunately I have had to purchase a few sun shades for the front windshield of my car. I own a black Ford focus and I live in Florida. That combination of a black car and Florida is not the best when it comes to how hot your car will get when you first get into your car before getting the air conditioning on and working. Every other sunshade I have purchased has honestly just been terrible. They don't fit the windshield perfectly, they don't stay up, they take up out way too much room in the car when not and use, they are too thin to actually do anything, and many other reasons for them to have been unacceptable to me.Now on to this car shade. This car shade fits my car's windshield perfectly and is stiff enough to stay up covering the entire windshield for days. It's also easy to wrap around my rear view mirror which is very nice. I do have to lower my sun visors to ensure that the shade stays in place, but that's the case with any shade you'll ever buy. It is the perfect thickness to block out the Sun and while in the car with the shade up there is pretty much no visible light coming through. It is a reflective silver color on the outside and a black color on the inside. Both colors look excellent. To put it in simple terms, the function of this windshield shade is as good as it gets. I have even used it in my parents Nissan Rogue which is an SUV, and it was able to fit that windshield perfectly as well. For those that don't know my Ford Focus is a very small car and the Nissan Rogue being an SUV is much larger, so the fact that it worked in both windshields is very impressive.Now let's move on to the cool part. When not in use, this sunshade folds up to a circular shape that is about 8 inches from one end to the other and about 2 or so inches thick. It then fits in a bag very easily and looks organized and neat.If you have ever used one of those pop up tents that that you need to fold by twisting them then folding this will not be an issue at all. I have been able to do it every single time on my first attempt and it takes me less than 5 seconds to get it completely folded every time. Yes, I learned how to fold those pop up tents years ago, but it has been at least five years since I have used any of them before using this pop up windshields cover. If you are unable to figure out how to fold it on your own, it comes with very simple to read and follow directions and there are many videos on YouTube showing and describing how to fold these types of products. Do yourself a favor and don't let the folding be any part of your reason for not getting this sunshade.To sum it all up, this covers the window completely, stays up without ever falling, is very easy to install, very easy to take down from the window, folds in half so you can leave it in your backseat if you don't need to completely fold it up, and also folds up to become extremely small and can be placed in a small bag (Included) that looks extremely organized.Pros:- Covers windshield perfectly- Very thick for blocking out the Sun- Very sturdy for staying up against the windshield- Easy to place in the windshield- Easy to remove from windshield- Folds in half if you want to leave it in the backseat without fully folding it- Folds completely into a very small circle VERY easily (once you learn the technique)Cons:- Learning how to properly fold into the circle MAY be a challenge for some people (I honestly don't know if it will be, but it's a possibility that some may struggle I guess)- I often have to read just my rear view mirror after installing and I installing the shade in the windshield

Fits perfectly in my 2021 4Runner. I live in Las Vegas and tested it out today in 105-degree weather. I definitely noticed a huge difference when jumping back in my vehicle an hour later. The inside temperature was lower than before when I was using a sunshade. Also, none of the interior burned my skin such as my leather seats and seatbelt buckle.Product is well made and has an attached elastic cord to hold the product together when it is stowed away. The bag it comes with can also be used to cover your steering wheel to protect against sun damage and heat. I was thinking about getting one of those expensive sold accordion style sunshades, but I am extremely happy that I decided to purchase this product. It's really easy to fold up and installing is super quick. When installed, it comes with Velcro so that it's easier to position correctly.

This sunshade is exactly what I needed—simple, well-made, and effective. It fits my daughter’s 2016 Ford Escape perfectly, just as described. There’s no need to overspend on a fancy brand when this does the job so well. The quality feels solid and durable, and with reasonable care, I expect it to last. With the current heat wave, we noticed an immediate difference in how much cooler the car stays. A great value and highly recommended!

I first purchased one for my husband's car. it was a perfect fit....a real plus! Recently I purchased one for my car, again a perfect fit. We live in Florida and the sun and heat can be brutal on your cars interior. It is also so nice to get in a car that is 20 to 30 degrees cooler than normal. We have owned many different sun shields but this one is the best fit and is heavy duty to keep out the rays. The only complaint is that it is thicker than most, so it makes it a little harder to fold away. I think that it will soften over time so not a real issue. Also great price.

This thing fits the ridgeline perfectly, zero issues. Love how it can be folded up and placed into the back seat pocket. Keeps the truck cool and covers the front glass completely.Couldn’t ask for a better product

This sun shade fits my 2014 Accord perfectly. It folds up easily and comes with a sleeve as well as an elastic band to hold it together while folded. The shade is heavier duty than others I've seen and does a great job at keeping the sun off my dash and interior. This is an inexpensive way to maintain the quality of your vehicle and keeping it from getting sun damaged over the years.
