Washer model: LG Frigidaire Affinity front loaderMy husband works out of state, and we rent our house but the washer and dryer came "as is" so I had to fix this as a non-handy wife. The washer is an older LG model, front loading and the rubber washing drum was consistently loose and coming off, so the water would leak everywhere in the garage. In watching some videos online, I realized we didn't have this part to keep the drum in place. I tried searching on LG's website, but they were all really expensive and I couldn't figure out the correct model of my washer. I turned to Amazon and found this one, and hoped it was right and it was! I was able to get the necessary pliers and install it myself in 20 minutes with the help of online videos again - and haven't had any leaking issues since!

Good low cost option.
Fit great, much cheaper than other options. Can't comment on longevity at this point, but I'm hoping it lasts.
