I bought these glow-in-the-dark tattoos for my kids’ end-of-the-year school glow party, and they were a huge hit! The pack came with a fun variety for both boys and girls. I was able to cover the front and back of their forearms—and still had plenty left over for them to bring to school and share with their classmates.The glow effect is awesome! The tattoos with more white glow fully, while the ones with white outlines glow just around the edges—both looked super cool.
