A must have for your vessel
The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what it says it is. It’s an affordable, easy to read guide to COLREGS. If you’re a sailor you’ll want a copy of this on board and to study the basics. Each section covers both inland and international.

To technical for a layman. If you’re just a boater this is not for you. This is meant to be for a ship’s captain. Not for the novice.
