Definitely noticed a difference
I am a male who has grown their hair out long over the past 12 months. I noticed my hair looking somewhat unhealthy and thinning. I purchased these biotin supplements after doing some research, I think they have worked for me, my hair definitely looks and feels healthier, thicker and generally better. I also noticed it makes my hair grow faster. My skin has also improved, it is a lot clearer, I'm guessing this is also down to the biotin. I would recommend these biotin supplements and also the company nutrition geeks which I have been using for other supplements for quite so time now.

I don't review unless it actually works....
I have been taking these supplements for around 6 months.I don't like to write reviews until things have been really tried and tested. Before my nails would snap frequently, and would never really get long. Now I have lovely long nails, and believe it has been helping hair re-growth after having my son and dying my hair constantly. They are a very small tablet and really easy to swallow without any aftertaste. Highly recommend, great value for money.

This really works!
Having lost a lot of hair due to varying issues (ill health and medication) i can homestly say 100% this works. Ive been taking this for nearly 9 months and the difference is massive. I didnt have bald patches but my hair was so thin you could feel my scalp and after having such lovely thick hair this was stressful on its own. I read the reviews and at the time they wete on offer so thought not much to lose. But it actually does work people are noticing and i also dont get big handfuls of hair come out when i brush or wash my hair its normal amounts. On the plus my nails also have grown 😁

A Trade-Off Between Cost and Quality
I've been giving Nutrition Geeks Biotin Hair Growth+ Supplement a try, lured in by its promise for healthier hair and its wallet-friendly price. Here's my take:Pros:- Affordability: It’s priced competitively, making it accessible for regular use without a hefty investment.- Packaging: The supplement is packaged in a small, sensible bag. This approach is commendable for its minimal environmental impact compared to traditional, oversized bottles or bags filled with excess air.- Optimal Biotin Form: The supplement includes D-Biotin, the most bioavailable and effective form of biotin for hair health. This is a significant positive, as it directly impacts the potential efficacy of the supplement.Cons:- Additives: Magnesium Stearate is primarily a flow agent in the manufacturing process, mainly used to speed up production and reduce costs as it prevents other ingredients from sticking to the mechanical equipment. It doesn't offer any nutritional benefits in fact, it's a formaldehyde-forming agent and it inhibits the immune response in cells. While it's found in a lot of supplements, its potential impact is something to be aware of.- A Questionable Selenium Source: The form of Selenium used is Sodium Selenite. It is an inorganic, synthetic source of selenium, has the lowest bioavailability and is potentially toxic. It can damage the liver and kidneys. Long-term exposure can damage the red blood cells and lead to anaemia. If you are lacking selenium in your diet look for a supplement that contains an organic form of selenium with high bioavailability such as selenomethionine. Conclusion:While Nutrition Geeks Biotin Hair Growth+ does offer a great form of biotin and zinc and is affordable with eco-friendly packaging, the presence of Magnesium stearate and Sodium selenite raises concerns. It's a reminder that sometimes, affordability comes with a compromise. If you're considering this supplement, weigh these factors according to your health priorities and needs.

Stronger, Healthier Hair & Nails!
I’ve been taking this Biotin Hair Growth Supplement for a while now, and I’m really happy with the results. The combination of Biotin (10,000 mcg), Zinc, and Selenium provides great support for hair strength and overall health.I’ve noticed less hair breakage and healthier-looking nails since incorporating these into my routine. My hair feels stronger, shinier, and my nails are growing faster without splitting. Plus, the vegan formula is a great bonus for anyone looking for a clean, plant-based option. With 180 tablets per pack, the supply lasts a long time, making it a great value for money. If you’re looking for a high-quality supplement to support hair, skin, and nails, I highly recommend this!

Amazing
I have not long started these and I can say they are amazing, my hair was falling out in clumps when washing my hair, that i was at the point I was afraid to wash and brush my hair and ive noticed after a few weeks that my hair isn't falling out when washing my hair which I'm absolutely over the moon and cant wait for my hair to grow back what ive lost, will definitely keep purchasing these, I was skeptical at the start but not anymore 😊

Strong nails and thickening hair
Have used these approx 3yrs now and has taken that long to show growth to my thinning hair but at least double the thickness it was where a bobble would be for a pony tail. My nails were bendy and had a crack on thumb nail for donkies but now nails are so strong now I can use to open the latch on tins whereas used to bend so had to use implement. Rarely get broken nails now in fact often have to trim them now which is a novelty for me as were always bending/breaking. Taken longer than I'd hoped but well worth the wait
