Ok! Sore mouth? Sore throat? This really helps me! Many years ago an infectious disease doctor told me to buy Lysine and take it any time I had any discomfort in my mouth area. It’s an amino acid that your body needs to work to heal up your entire mouth and nose area! AND IT REALLY HELPS!I just take the two capsules recommended early in the day, and that usually works pretty quickly! If I still have soreness, I may do another dose that night and again the following morning. It relieves my pain! And this particular brand seems to be the correct strength. The ingredients seem to be pure. I don’t know about skin health, because every thing I have used it for was internal.
