AMAZING RESULTS!
As an endurance athlete trust me I had tried a huge amount of performance fuel products. I stated using Gu, then Clif Shot Gels and even Stinger gels. I live a healthy lifestyle embracing healthy nutrition, clean, green and simple. I love researching and trying new things that will help me improve my performance and that is how I learnt about this gels. The carbohydrate source found in Huma Gels is from a natural source: a mix of fruit sugar (fructose) and cane syrup (maltose, glucose and malitose), and that is what my body need during performance, real nutrition, not fake nutrients. Burst of energy
I've been using these for a week now on my bike rides, and they seem ok. The taste is like a gooey jelly which is fine by me. I can definitely feel the burst of energy kick in after a couple miles.

Great for triathlons
Love these little packets. I use them for my races (sprint tri’s and 70.3 Ironman). They don’t upset my stomach, they don’t require an urgent trip to the bathroom, and they taste pretty good. I actually need to pick up some more before the next 70.3 Ironman.

Tasty energy boost
I haven’t tried all the flavors yet, but I’m already very impressed. These are by far the best tasting running gels I’ve had. For example, the strawberry one lists strawberry purée as the first ingredient—and it actually tastes like real strawberry with sugar. No weird chemical aftertaste like some other brands. I also didn’t have any stomach issues, which is a huge plus during longer runs. I could feel the energy boost within minutes. Highly recommend giving these a try!
