These are good starter clippers! They didn't seem to have very high power, but worked very adequately. All the adjustment components I tried worked well. The carrying case is made of very thin plastic and had been broken on arrival... I reached out to WAHL customer service and they replied in a few days. Within 2 weeks of confirming my order, I had received a replacement case (in bubble wrap, no less). Thanks to them for being responsive!

I use these clippers on my husband and two boys and sometimes me honestly and they work great. They’re not easy to clean, so sometimes I have difficulty getting all the hair out of the blades sometimes and sometimes it pulls on the hair a little bit, but otherwise it’s been a wonderful money saver for me and my family.

My old clippers died after 20 years...the cord went bad, so it just needed to be tossed. This one works great so far, and came with everything I needed at a good price. Has a nice storage case, numbered guards like I'm used to, and isn't especially noisy. Hope it lasts as long as my last one!

works great I am not a beautician, and I have never really cut hair before. Decided to start cutting my husband's hair. I'm not quite a perfectionist yet but the directions that come with this product are great, I will learn.

I like that the clips are colored, but it's hard to find the correct one because the text is hard to read and only on one side of each clip. The text should be bigger and have contrasting color so it's easier to read. The case is a bit too small so everything is crammed on top of each other, which also makes it hard to find what you need. If there was some kind of organizer to hold all the clips in ascending order, that would have been very helpful. The clipper itself is quite heavy, quiet, and works well. The feature that lets you slightly extend the blade is confusing and not well documented.
