Does the time beep every single second/minute? or just when the time is up?

1. There is a beep when you turn on the timer. 2. There is a beep when you flip timers. 3. There is a continuous beep at the end of the time. And it will not stop until you turn off the timer.

Does it continuously flash?

Yes. But we have made adjustments to the lights, and the flashing red light is almost invisible. You don't have to worry about red flashing lights affecting your concentration.

Does the light flash constantly? i have adhd and any amount of flashing light that can't be turned off is a no go.

There is no light. There is a tiny LED clock display at the bottom of the unit but you never see it unless you pick up the cube. In any event it doesn't illuminate or flash or blink and is very subtle dark grey/light grey.

How to slide off battery cover?

First, hold the timer with both hands. Second, place your two thumbs on the battery cover. Finally, both thumbs simultaneously push the battery cover outwards in the same direction.
