Good quality, feels nice to the lips plus added SPF
I was looking for a reasonable priced lip balm with a good SPF and this Seba lip balm is just perfect!It feels lovely on the lips adding a little pink color to it, the scent is nice but not overpowering. I will be buying it again for sure.
