Most convenient to get C8 boost
Love this. It is a lot easier and more convenient than taking MCT oil. No stomach issues and it makes the coffee creamy which I love. I use a milk frother for this, and just find it so convenient in the mornings to get my C8 boost in that it's been a life changer. I've stuck with Ketosource and their products for a while, and they never let me down. This is the 3rd version of this C8 MCT powder they've brought out and it is way way better. Mixes easily and tastes great.

Good product. Mixes well enough with hot coffee and adds that creamy feel to it. There's no taste which is good. Good for ketones. A bit too experienced to buy it regularly tho

Expensive, impractical with contradictory serving sizes
Stirring (even vigorous) doesn’t work, so it’s a pain to mix. The serving information on the packet is contradictory - it says 21 x 24g servings, then advised 45g per 250ml of coffee, which you can have up to 3 times a day. Were you to have this 3 times a day the entire pack would only last under 4 days.This product also made me nauseous and a bit dizzy. I will not buy again.

Perfect for butter coffee
C8 is really what you want if you’re looking to get the most benefit from MCT oil on a Low Carb High Fat diet. That’s what this is. Plus fiber. Win win. Tastes great. And if you use a blender, there’s no issue with clumping. I use 2 scoops of this, with 2 tablespoons of grass fed organic butter, a couple of raw cacao buttons, and a small scoop of a multi collagen peptide protein blend in a fresh cup of coffee every morning. Whizz it in the blender - it’s magic.

Not bad
It’s ok, you need a electric whisk to mix it properly or your left with bits on top of your coffee. Now for the major downfall, it’s just far too expensive for what you get. I’m currently looking for another brand as I’ve just finished this bag, definitely not forking out for this again. Shane cause they are quite a nice bunch to deal with especially if you have any questions.
