It actually improves the mouthfeel of coffee with oatmilk. Hydrolyzed guar gum is one of the best types of fiber for people with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and has actually improved my results of prescription drug treatment for SIBO compared to prescription drug treatment alone.Cons: The product tub is too narrow for my hands. I feel like I have pretty average-sized hands. But yeah, those last few scoops exfoliate off a layer of my skin cells as I'm pulling them awkwardly out of the container, haha. if the container were a half inch wider in diameter, this product would be perfect. And at 17.09 on S&S, it's a better deal on Amazon than anywhere else I've seen it for sale, even when discounted.

By far, my favorite fiber. Worked great! No taste, no smell & dissolved easily. Helped me #2 regularly consistently - no more watery kind or stuck kind lol. I drank 1 scoop a day with some water. 10/10 recommend! Beats any of the others I have tried.

Excellent fiber product, works much better than Metamucil or other products. It's not cheap for what you get, but definitely worth it.

This fiber supplement mixes into everything- I’ve added it in my smoothies and bone broth, virtually no taste at all. The powder dissolves very well after stirring and leaves no clumps. My body likes it and it doesn’t make my stomach cramp, or making me feel bloated. Give this a try!

I have used this product for years and would highly endorse it. However, the price fluctuates daily and I never know what I'm going to pay on my subscribe and save. As of December 2020, it was $18 per container and I stopped ordering due to the high cost (switch to nestle brand PHGG). Now it is back down to $9!!?! What happened- competition? The packaging is high quality,mbut I wish it came in a bigger container as I've gone through 30 of these nice plastic containers.The product itself has very subtle taste- I can't tell at all when I put it in coffee, but in green tea I can detect the flavor. It also dissolves quite easily. Highly recommend PHGG and this is good quality, my only issue is with price variability.

I mix it in my kefir or yogurt or just in my water. It is tasteless and dissolves fast into whatever you put it in. It's a good way to add fiber to your diet and I don't get bloated or gas from it either.

I’ve been ordering this almost monthly for the past few years after doctor recommending it. It was around $15 the first time, now almost $19 for a month’s supply. And the last few months it doesn’t seem to want to completely stir into the water. It used to take little stirring to dissolve it completely clear but now stays in some chunks with lots of stirring. I wish there were other options that were more affordable but this one is still the cheapest even with the increasing price. I do think it’s really good for gut microbiome.
