I am currently obsessed.So I didn’t realize it didn’t come with the plastic top for the bottles, which would make a more stable fit. Without it, it just sits on top and not completely secure. Which I’m not bothered with. It fits my 32oz hydro flask which is fantastic. Charged in like an hour. I was tired of the gallon bottles that took up too much fridge space and wasn’t ready to commit to a large unit. This is perfect, it fits nicely in my pantry. I love that I can bring out outside for bbqs, bring it for camping or even smaller bottles for park days. It’s quiet and easy to use.

I was very hesitant to purchase anything like this but I'm glad I chose this one.It's got a hum to it when in use. Similar to a fish tank air pump.It was very simple to put together. Fits nicely on top of my 5 gallon water bottles. Easy to switch out when the bottle goes empty. And the charge lasts me for almost 2 weeks. It's only me and I charge it anywhere from every 10-15 days. It's a little slow but I don't mind.It is one of the few products I've bought that I don't regret getting at all. It's made my life easier, I'm drinking at least twice as much water as I used to and I should order another in case this one ever goes it. Two is one, one is none.I definitely recommend it!

The product was simple to setup and although I just purchased this product, It worked like a dream. I am using a 5 Gallon bottle and both the on & off button and the auto on & off worked with not even an extra drop of water dripping out. The noise level was not a problem at all. This product is not junk. I wanted durability in a product and a great value for my money. I recommend this product for that reason

Love the design concept but I should have learned. I've purchased this twice and both failed in 3 weeks. The charging connection is not protected and water can easily get into it. Will not charge. Why not a rubber cover to protect this vital connection located where water can easily penetrant when camping? I do not recommend for outside use or where water overflows the platform.Edit: customer service has been responsive despite this product having a critical design flaw. While I still do not recommend until a cap covers the charge point on the base, they appear to be concerned. This update to stars is based solely on customer service communication.

Easy to put together and use. It does fit loosely on the top of the bottle but if you don’t like that you can place it on a table etc next to the bottle.

Very impressed with this product! Extremely easy to install and turn on! My 40oz stanley cup that everyone has can fit perfectly under the dispenser and activate the pump. Very happy that this has a lifetime warranty, I feel confident that if anything were to go wrong later down the line that I will be taken care of. Great price and great product!

Very easy to install and use. Product arrived quickly. Charged for 2-3 hours, red charging light turned green. I unplugged rinsed silicone tubing and metal dispenser installed onto component inserted into water jug and it was ready to use just that easy. I love it!

This product is truly LIFE CHANGING! It’s quiet, works so well, water pressure is amazing, looks pretty, and is just so convenient!
