Great shoe inserts
I bought these inserts due to the recommendation of my podiatrist. He suggest these instead of custom orthotics. I've been wearing them for years and they are comfortable and do the job. I highly recommend them.

Very well made….
I have highly sensitive feet and I’ve had a chronic issue off and on on with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, after effects from cortisone, RSD, etc. for over 25 years. There have been times when my injury has not been an issue at all but right now it’s breaking me. Custom orthotics never worked for me. I am attempting to acclimate to these, which I bought a few years ago on Amazon. I found out from calling the actual company that if you have an issue with these, they will honor a refund. Many people do not know this. For two days in a row I have worn them more than I had been and my arches are bothering me a bit. But that’s just my feet. It doesn’t seem as if anything works for me, but this is the closest I’ve come to something working. They have a lower profile and they don’t push intensely into your arches which I cannot tolerate. I just wish they were more cushioned. I am accustomed to jury rigging all of my shoes (sneakers and boot only) with cushioned insoles …..layers of them. I had to give up high heels in the late 90s and it has caused me to be completely discouraged to not be able to wear them anymore. I’ve had to seek out something because I’ve had a reoccurrence of my injury due to doing too much pushing and pulling of mattresses, etc. and I only weigh 100 pounds so this issue is not caused by my weight. I question whether it’s caused by thyroid medication because my mother had the same issue immediately after taking thyroid medication, and the same thing happened to me. I also use compression socks but I have to buy larger sizes because I can’t stand anything too tight. My feet typically would be a size small, but I buy size large compression socks so that I can wear them while I’m sleeping and they’re not too tight but they help my feet feel better overnight. When I lived where there were stairs, I had no issues with this injury. I was constantly stretching by going up and down the stairs ….that’s all I had to do. I have lived in the place where I live now unfortunately for over seven years with no steps, and it has not been good. Inside my condo there is one step up one step down one step up one step down, and I believe it’s caused repetitive stress. No podiatrist or doctor has ever been able to help me get over this. I’ve had to do it on my own. Physical therapy only made it worse. The most important thing you can do is just find a pair of inserts that work for you and just do what you can. As I said, these are good, but everyone’s feet are different. I am hoping I can acclimate to them even though I’ve been trying for over two months……when I read that some people can put them on and immediately feel relief I am confused. I guess my feet are just a car wreck like the rest of my body from various car accidents that I was not responsible for. And the hardest thing about having an injury like this is that no one understands or comprehends how debilitating it is because they can’t see it. It actually makes it worse. Also, most people don’t realize that their emotions are connected to their injuries and pain. Even though I know that’s true about me, it’s still difficult to comprehend. I would recommend this product because it has been better than any custom orthotics I had. Those got thrown away they were so bad. I am contemplating going to another podiatrist, but I know it’s a mistake. You just have to take your time and stretch any way that works for you but you have to be very careful with that also. I hope this helps someone.Update 3/2023. I could not tolerate these. I tried for weeks and weeks. And all I got out of it was pulling the muscles in my arches of my left foot of which the insert bothered me more on that foot than the right foot and pain on the back of my ankles. Everyone’s feet are different, but if you are one who cannot tolerate custom orthotics, you probably won’t be able to tolerate these either.

No more foot pain
So far, great insole for my flat feet. I get no foot pain when wearing them and they didn't need to be trimmed for my shoes.

I walk a lot every day, and these insoles for shoes help me a lot. The pain in my feet has decreased significantly by the end of the day.

Perfect, for a while...
I work in a bakery-cafe, where I average about 3 miles a day on concrete floors. I am, for the record, a 6' 00", 215 pound male with an average arch. I've had foot issues in the past, bunions and forefoot pain, which lead me to demand better shoes and insoles. For my work, slip resistant shoes are a must, and I've tried all the good ones - Fact is, none of them have top shelf insoles, and that is the real key to long term foot health and comfort.I've also tried all the big name insoles. Some, like Sofsole, are quite good, consistent quality and performance, but I only get about 4 months out of a pair of those, at $22 a pop. I also own custom orthotics made by the same folks who make Superfeet. While they're great, the padding on those too will wear out every year or two. When that happens, I have to go back to the foot Doc, and have them send the insoles in to be rebuilt. That means those $500 insoles will end up costing another $200 or so every year or two. These copper Superfeet are the better alternative. They fit perfectly in my go-to shoes and light boots, they broke in within a day and are now genuinely very comfortable - that's the fastest and best fit and comfort I've found from any maker, hands down, period, end of story. I have them in all my shoes now, and they fit different styles of shoe and boot equally well. They last easily 3 to 4 times longer than any other non-customer, insile, and rival customs for longevity. They are, in fact, more comfortable than my customs while providing no less discernible support.Follow up, downgrading these to 3 stars. These things have given up the ghost in 3 months. Maybe they'll last longer for lighter folk, but for me, they're too pricy for that short a ride. Also had some interaction with the administration of this company, and I find them unconscionable. I'll no longer give them my business.
