Saw a coworker with this and I loved it. I thought maybe it would be easier to carry than having a shoulder bag that keeps falling down. I’ve only used it once so far and had no issue fitting my 14” work laptop, charger cord, snacks inside and insulated water bottle on the outside. Would easily have fit more if I had needed to bring anything more with me to the office that day. Seems pricey IMHO if not on sale. Luckily I caught it at a really good price. Would recommend.

Love this backpack, it's a combination of usability as a comfortable backpack along with good looks. I've been able to fit a lot into it and it carries well. The pockets are well placed and the zippers feel strong. I can't speak to security as I haven't used it while on a trip or anything, just around town and on public transportation. I'd say at least as secure as any other backpack. One thing that matters a lot to me in a backpack is how easy it is to get on and off because I have a lot of shoulder / neck pain and this is relatively comfortable in that regard. The straps loop over my shoulders easily. I'm glad I got it.

This bag is a perfect personal item for air travel. Big enough to fit a lot. Great packets and organization. Wide top opening. And fits easily under the seat. Great bag.

LOVE THIS BAG!!!Lots of pockets, very stylish, easy to use and carry, unlike most backpacks that are flimsy and fall over when you put them on the floor or table.

The build was great and the style is what my wife wanted but its a bit small for what she needed and she ended up returning it.

This is a great size, both for carrying, and tucking under an airplane seat (not to mention next to me in choir, or next to my feet in car as a passenger.) I’m short, so size DOES matter! Another thing I love is that it will stay upright, rather than falling over. Love this backpack!

This bag fits much more than it appears and the pockets inside are great for electronics, note pads, etc. I love how it feels to carry it in my back and it looks classy ( for a backpack)

This is my first backpack for work. After returning to work following an ankle fracture, I needed to have full balance while walking and taking stairs. I am not a fan of carrying multiple bags and needed a backpack that holds my lunch, water bottle, accessories, umbrella etc. I find the Baggalini backpack meeting all the above expectations and after using it regularly for almost a year, it has no rips or tear and is holding up well. I am happy with the purchase.
