Conair Hair Dryer with Folding Handle and Retractable Cord, 1875W Travel Hair Dryer, Conair Blow Dryer

I bought this blow dryer because I had the exact one before which lashed 10 years of being kept in my bathroom cabinet (used 6x a week) or thrown into a bag when traveling. I accidentally dropped my old blow dryer from about 2 feet off the ground while using and it turned off and wouldn’t turn on again no matter if I reset the buttons on the plug. It’s smaller than many others available but what I like most is that the handle folds and it has a retractable cord. This-like the smaller size-is wonderful when traveling. The cord isn’t as long as I’d like it to be but I understand extending the length would offset the girth of the handle it retracts into. When pushing the retract button, you’ll have to guide the last 6 inches or so back into the handle. It’s really not much to complain about and a rather small price to pay for the convenience of not having to bother w a long cord especially when packing/traveling. There’s also a cool shot button which comes in very handy when you need a quick cool off. It saves me from standing in front of the oscillating fan for a few minutes. The blow dryer has 3 speeds and does a very good job of drying even though it’s not a full size dryer. I have very long, thick hair and this dryer cut my 20 minute drying time by 5 minutes. I know it doesn’t sound like much but anyone whom dries their hair on a consistent basis knows cutting down your blow drying time by 5 minutes is extremely helpful. I was lucky enough to buy this blow dryer while on sale for $18.99. I highly recommend this to anyone especially those w small hands or whom doesn’t like to hold heavy dryers. Hopefully this one will last as long as my other one-if not longer!+ I’ll update w any pertinent info

I don’t know much about hair dryers except every time I went into my wife’s bathroom to use hers, I’d get some grumbling.Searched for a hair dryer with the most (best) features and settled on the Conair with foldable handle & retractable cord. It works for me and the retractable cord is a big plus for storage purposes. There’s a high & low temperature settings, a button to retract the cord & the handle folds.Highly recommended.

It works without issue. It took me and my husband several minutes to figure out the handle. We both thought we were going to break it. It's harder than it should be to open. I also dislike that the whole cord does not retract. I assumed the full cord would wind up. It is still far more convenient than one that's cord just hangs loose.

It works well. I use it for my kiddos and I have used it twice since I got it. To me, it works well. It is retractable and easy to press a button and it goes back. The heat is well, even has a cool mode on it too. You can make it smaller by bending it for easy storage. It looks like it will last for a good while. The noise level is about the same as a standard hair blow dryer. Powerful. It even has low and high for and It takes me about 25 minutes to blow dry my hair and my hair is thick.

I like the hair dryer, it is perfect while it works. It tends to last about 10 month and then stops working. I bought a replacement only to have the same problem happen again. I have purchased 2 in less than 2 years. Not planning on buying a 3rd one.

Admittedly I’ve only used it a few times so I can’t comment on its quality over time, but I like it very much. Nice size, good balance to it when using. Because so many reviewers complained that the cord doesn’t retract properly, I just don’t use that feature.

Love this! After many, many years of use my original died and bought it again. Love the cord going into the handle, that it folds smaller and that it is high power. Also love the shot of cool air button feature! No better!

This little hairdryer is much more powerful than expected making drying my hair much quicker. It is a great value for the money, sturdy and lightweight. It has different heat levels which is great. Favorite parts are that it folds for space, small and powerful.
