Great Machine
This is a nice large size. It is easy to get setup and works well. The capacity is great on it and the coffee came out good. It was easy to clean up. Value looks good for the size and the quality on it is nice. Overall I am happy with how it has worked so far. probably not top of the line, I am pleased with the quality of the coffee brewed by this percolator.

Coffee Savior for Our Church Events!
This coffee urn has completely transformed our Sunday fellowship hour at church! Been using it weekly for about 2 months now and it's handled our congregation of 75+ coffee lovers without breaking a sweat. The brewing speed is impressive - makes 40 cups in just about 30 minutes which gives me plenty of time to set up before everyone arrives. The stainless steel construction feels really solid compared to our old plastic-bodied urn that was starting to look pretty beat up. So far no dents or scratches despite being hauled around and set up by different volunteers each week. The internal water level markings are actually useful - sounds basic but our previous urn had markings that wore off after a few months making it a guessing game. The spigot has a nice steady flow without dripping or leaking which was a constant issue with our last urn (and the reason for many coffee puddles on our fellowship hall floor!). One minor drawback is that it's fairly heavy when full, which can be challenging for some of our older volunteers to move. Also noticed that the first batch of coffee after cleaning sometimes has a slight metallic taste, but running a water-only cycle before brewing coffee solves this. The no-paper-filter design is convenient and environmentally friendly though it does mean a bit more cleanup afterwards. The heating element keeps coffee at the perfect temperature throughout our 2-hour fellowship time without burning it. Cleaning is straightforward too - just make sure to dry thoroughly to prevent water spots on the stainless steel. If your looking for a reliable coffee maker for large groups or events, this commercial urn is definately worth the investment!

Great for family functions
I bought this as I was hosting a family reunion and not only was this so much easier to use, but it makes a lot of coffee. Rather than constantly making coffee with my small carafe, this made more than enough for everyone who wanted coffee. Luckily, there was just enough inside of this that there wasn't much leftover after everyone left. The next morning for breakfast, we did have to make coffee from this twice but again, it was so easy to use and made it a lot faster. The container holds a lot of coffee and even so, this thing is so easy to clean. When its full, this does have some weight to it but when its practically empty, its really not that heavy. Makes a great cup of coffee and when it comes to dispensing, after everyone is done, nothing leaks out, ever. For big and small family functions or parties, this thing has really come in handy.

Good coffee maker
The first one I received dripped from the spigot. It was a very slow drip but I could not see keeping it. I sent it back and ordered another the same. Much better. No drips. however it is quite noisy and it reperks when heating up again after sitting awhile. Makes good coffee and overall I am happy.

Not a fan of the re-design
I had the previous model in the kitchen at my Bed and Breakfast for 3 years and had to replace it because it started leaking. In fairness, it's almost always on, so it gets a lot of use. I use it exclusively for hot water (for tea, ramen, cocoa, cooking, cleaning, etc).Anyway, I went to my orders to find it and re-order and the new one arrived yesterday.1.) the filter will splash water back out at you now. It's shallower and the mesh is finer, so you have to pour water in slower. Tiring when you're holding up a full pitcher, and it slows me down significantly.2.) On the subject of slowing me down, the water level window is also a loser. It takes a little time to even begin to react to new water added (and I'm not even sure how they accomplished this defiance of the physics of water levels). If I'm not SLOW and CAREFUL I'll accidentally overfill it because the water level in the window takes like 20 seconds to accurately reflect the water level in the tank. Again, not ideal for a busy kitchen.3.) The lid is now flimsier and the connection is tighter, so it's more difficult to get into place and less likely to survive any accidents in the processI am NOT impressed by the re-design. This item is no longer for a busy kitchen. It's maybe for a hobbyist who doesn't need it very often. It's definitely not the workhorse the old one was. I'll be looking for something else immediately and I'm bummed I lost money on this and still have to use it until I can afford another one.CERTAINLY not for catering or larger commercial applications.

Keep the temperature
Runs great, makes little noise, great for events or parties. Enjoy it! Haha. We're so glad we bought this. I don't think there are any cons. The design is great too. I am very happy with this purchase.

The quality is excellent.
I dare say it's a good deal for me! First of all, it greatly enhances efficiency and saves labor costs. During peak hours, there is no need to specially hire people to keep brewing coffee. Secondly, a stable output ensures the quality of coffee, enhances customer satisfaction, and indirectly boosts other consumption. Furthermore, it is durable and has low maintenance costs.

Great product
This is the second one I bought the first one. Something was wrong with it, but I got a new one for free. And it works perfectly fineIt’s automatically has a sensor that if the water gets cold, it warms upI actually didn’t even use this for coffee. I took out the part from the coffee and I’m just using it as a water heater because I have a baby and I’m making a lot of bottles so I constantly have hot water.
