Great quality. On the advice of my urologist... TMI, right? Oh well, cotton underwear were suggested. I have always love a wide waist band on nylon types and looked for them in cotton fibre. I settled on these and am glad I did. Bought the L and they fit perfectly. Do not stretch out of shape while wearing. Haven't had the chance to see if they will shrink. Might start out hanging to dry.

Love these underwear. They are comfortable and the material is great quality cotton. They are stretchy I wouldn't size up. I’m 5’0 and 190lbs and I ordered a L which fit perfectly especially with my postpartum pooch.

I lived in these after having my second C-section. They were comfy and didn’t dig into my hips. True to size, I bought a large-I wear size 8 pants and weighed 175 at the time.

These are the only underwear I use for postpartum recovery! The high waist gives the perfect support and the seams aren’t too thick so they don’t show horribly under my clothes.

Not anywhere near as stretchy looking as the picture and doesn't go up as high. I'm pregnant and was hoping for high rise stretchy underwear, these are almost like compression panties that don't go above my belly button. I'm sure these will be great when I'm post partum but the thumbnail y'all have makes me feel like that S model was wearing a L. That being said, they are sturdy feeling.

I got these for c-section recovery and they’re perfect! They stay high up by my belly button so there’s no stress on my incision. The cotton is very soft, too. I’ve only washed them once, but the fabric and stitching all feel secure.
