I’ve had mine for coming up on 2 years now. I use it almost daily primarily because it greatly decreases the symptoms of neuropathy in my feet & legs, as well as also helping my restless leg syndrome (RLS).I had originally bought it mostly as an experiment to see if a vibration plate could help with the pain, tingling and partial numbness that comes with neuropathy, and it certainly did. I didn’t expect it to also help the RLS I’ve had since my teens. My doctors have never treated my neuropathy, but they did have me on medication to ‘control’ the RLS. However, that medication often didn’t help, and their ‘solution’ to that problem was to keep raising the dose. But when I found out that the medication they prescribed, when taken long-term, can actually make RLS worse, I was furious and started searching for alternative treatments. I started taking oral magnesium bisglycinate and using magnesium oil on my feet and lower legs, but I wasn’t even expecting this vibration plate to also help, and certainly not as much as it has.I would, however, advise anyone who is older like me (70) and especially if you live alone, to understand just how much this item weighs - 32 lbs or 14.5 kg - so unless you have a house, apartment or flat large enough to have a dedicated space for it and you won’t need to be moving it, it’s an important detail and definitely one you need to keep in mind prior to purchase. Because if you’re ‘up in years’ like me and have back problems like most people my age, it can become an issue (unless you have someone who can move it for you). I myself hadn’t checked the weight prior to purchasing it, but I used to be a military wife & therefore I have for years been used to carrying & moving heavy things on my own regardless of health issues.For me, this item has proven to be worth much more than the price I paid for it. It has improved my neuropathy symptoms, and actually now eliminated the need to prescription medication for RLS.(I am not a medical professional and this review is not to be construed as medical advice. A very nice machine. I purchased it because I had been noticing more fluid retention in my ankles, even though I don't have a diagnosis for such a condition. Also for muscular back pain that has been going on for a while. My chiropractor had a similar machine that I used at his office once when I was so locked up and tight and it just melted the tension away so he was able to easily do an adjustment he was having difficulty with previously. Since then I've always wanted one. I'm 72 and have also been having some balance issues and I'm hoping it will help with that as others have reported. I already notice some pain relief in my back that was keeping me up at night. Slept great last night. I think that doing this twice a day for 10 minutes will be sufficient. Will see if I get inspired to do more. The machine has a very strong vibration that you can adjust levels on from quite low to high. I think that any age range could use this as long as you can stand, but maybe just for your feet if you are needing to sit. Since I have a mini tramp I place the machine right in front of it and use the support handle on the tramp to keep my balance. Hope I won't need that forever. Im marking it 5 starts but it seems that amazon will only let me mark 4. The only issue is how heavy this machine is. If I had realized that I would have purchased the mini waiver. If you're older you might want to consider that.

I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine.I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic!
